In the following the terms and conditions are stated under which you use the
circleoftrustshop.com store.

1. Shipping & delivery times
All products are shipped Worldwide insured via
swiss postal service or UPS. Circle of Trust will process every order within 3 – 4 business days upon
receipt of your payment. Shipping times depend on the country of destination.
Circle of Trust cannot guarantee specific delivery times. PARCELS in
Switzerland are sent via Swiss Post (Economy, delivery time 2-5 working days).

2. National and international shipping
Should the customer refuse to accept the delivery
(inclusive providing incorrect shipping address, not picking up the parcel)
costs for returning and re-delivering will be charged to the customer.

3. Disclaimer
Circle of Trust disclaims any liability for any losses or damages, as far as this is allowed by
the laws of switzerland. If other than swiss laws are applicable, Circle of Trust’s liability for negligence
shall be limited to the total value of the transaction.
